eXL Learning and MindCraft makerspace are excited to invite families to our free event, Recycled Robots.
eXL Learning is excited to invite you to “Recycled Robots”, a mash-up celebration of National Robotics Week (April 8-16) and Earth Day (April 22). This free family event will engage kids, in engineering their very own robotic creations utilizing recycled materials. Parents can also join the fun by collaborating with their builder making for family fun. Join us for this unique celebration.
Where: eXL Learning @ Lowry (Lowry Town Center) and MindCraft makerspace @ Stanley (Stanley Marketplace)

Why: A celebration mash-up, National Robotics Week and Earth Day
The purpose of National Robotics is to celebrate the US as a leader in robotics, educate the public about how robotics technology impacts society, both now and in the future. Inspire students in all ages to pursue careers in robotics and other science, technology, engineering and math-related fields.
Was created in 1970 to build a global citizenry empowering everyone with the knowledge to inspire action in defense of environmental protection.
In the face of climate change and environmental justice, it is imperative that we involve our youngest stewards in activities that inspire them to be mindful about the world around them, ingrain a desire to learn about the challenges that face us and create solutions to complex environmental challenges.
