Wondering what to do with your kids on a cool fall afternoon? Here’s one of kooldoughour Favorites!

Kool aid makes this smell wonderful and gives the dough a great color!  The dough can be kept for several weeks in a covered container.

1 Cup Water

1/2 Cup Salt

2 Tablespoons Oil

I Cup Flour

2 teaspoons cream of tartar

1 Package of Unsweetened Kool-aid

Directions

Mix up all the dry items and then mix all the liquid items. Blend together.  Put in a saucepan on medium heat. Stir constantly until the mixture pulls away from the sides of the pan.  Pour onto a counter and let cool slightly. Knead finished product until a smooth soft dough forms.

Make with all of your favorite Kool-aid mixes (or the ones that are left in your cupboard no one likes!
