East-West sweet ginger Teriyaki chicken

sweetandspicygts-12ozThanks to the folks at Colorado Proud, I was searching for a quick and tasty dinner and found this. I can not say how awesome this sauce is! We also used it New Year’s eve as a dipping sauce for our fondue!

A little about the East-West Specialty Sauces, for 29 years, this family owned and operated the Jade Palace Restaurant in Denver, Colorado. During this time, they welcomed four generations of families who enjoyed our fabulous Asian cooking. It was evident that the secret to their great tasting dishes lay in our very special and original in-house sauces. It was their sauces that created a fierce loyalty among the clientele.

After years of sharing cooking tips with some of the “regulars”, the idea was born to produce the sauces and help people prepare both delicious and quick meals in their very own kitchens. By making the sauces themselves,  they could maintain the same quality and consistency that the restaurant had been known for.
